The lab-radar

Lab device for the dyeing process control that by means a beam dyeing cycle check continuously some parameters:

. Dye bath exhaustion
. pH
. Temperature and thermic gradients

Using only 100 gr of fabric (yarn or hank), give the chance to "see" the effects of the modifications or corrections not involving the production.
The colorimeter V.D.A. permit granted savings in chemicals, auxiliaries, time and then money.
A tool that has to be used in advance of each new production, aimed to identify the optimal process (right first time), or to enhanced the already existing processes.
The machine concept is based on the Lambert-beer physic law: an empiric connection that correlate the light absorption and the inspection chamber length.
Thanks to a light source (light bulb), an inspection chamber with 3 positions, 4 filters and an optical fibres cable, it is possible check possible carry out the parameters continuous checking.
