Supply conditions for second-hand machines

Pre-owned machines guaranteed by MCS

MCS have available pre-owned machines and ranges. The purchase can be done according to two modes:

• not-reconditioned
• reconditioned

Not-reconditioned

The customer takes the machine at MCS after checking it and taking into his own care any possible replacements/modifications.

Machine erection and start-up are therefore excluded form our supply. This type of sypply does not foresee any guarantee

Reconditioned

This type of supply foresees:

1. complete disassembly of the machine, analysis of the necessary modifications and upgrades;
2. blasting and cleaning;
3. revision and painting of motors/pumps and replacement of relevant mechanical seals;
4. revision/replacement of valves; updating of dosing systems
5. replacement of water valves and steam valves;
6. replacement of seals of dragging reels;
7. replacement of rubber strips of reels;
8. revision/replacement of the electric cabinet and electric connections aboard the machine;
9. supply of new set of screws and set of standard spare parts;
10. final check-up before the shipment.

This type of supply includes a 12-month-guarantee !
