Coltex M.A. It has been developed with the purpose to give an off-line spectrophotometric control of dyed fabrics. Also this system is based on Coltex technology and it is equipped with a spectrophotometer at single head for movable reading, able to read continuously the colorimetric profile of a sample of fabric.

Coltex M.A. is the ideal device for quality control on many production lines. It will speed-up your job in the laboratory because it will not be necessary to sew the samples to proceeed to the control: it will be enough to cut a strip of fabric, lie it in the loading tray of Coltex M.A. and in 20 seconds the colorimetric profile of the sample will be obtained and in a virtual piece on which the values of dE between selvedges and centre are indicated. Coltex M.A. is also able to return the value of dE of head-end of the piece (if a strip of the fabric head and of a fabric-end are analysed one after the other) and the value of dE between the analysed sample and the reference sample.

Coltex M.A. will also provide the classification of each piece and the devision in lots of all the inspected pieces.
