The first dyeing machine with single rope

Dyeing machine in rope form for knits, wovens and terry towel.
The complete dyeing process is carried out thanks the the passage of the fabric, all fabric sewn in a single rope, in all nozzles available, ensuring uniformity, repeatability of colour shades, and reallu unique dyeing cycles. Manufacturedcompletely in stainless steel AISI 316L in our manufacturing facilities in Italy, First in the last decade has been synonym of qualità, excellent performance, reliability and long-life.

with loading capacities ranging from 200 up to 1800 KG.

with loading capacities from 5 kg, upto 100 kg.

Standard equipments installed

• plaiter (one plaiter group per chamber) for best fabric deposit and a better fabric 'run' inside the machine;
• hydrovario, nozzle at adjustable section;
• add-tanks (n° 2) product add-tanks with relevant level probes and mixer mixer; 
• upper tank for liquor preparation M.S.T.;
• system for liquor quick drain M.Q.D.;
• full automation by an industrial PC PCx-Tex by Termoelettronica.  

Opzioni

• V.D.U. (View Dyeng Unit), control system for the visualisation of colour exhaustion on the fibr, control and modification of PH value, control of salt concentration in the liquor, type of washings-drains of the machine;
• pre-arrangement for coupling: sealed valves, flanges and electric material;
• platform for easy and quick access to the domes.
