Reverse Chronology

• 2010 : Official introduction of the new continuos open-widh washing : Star Wash.

• 2009 Official introduction of the new H.T. rope dyeing machine at low liquor ratio and with new fabric trasler system :Italica.

• 2008 Re-engineering of our Jigger machines , both at high temperaure Comby Jigger CJ143 & Compact Jigger CPJ143 , "medium" temperature Comby Jigger CJ110  & Compact Jigger CPJ110  and low temperature Maxi Jigger MJ-98 & Mid Jigger MDJ-98.

• 2007 Presentation at ITMA in Munich of Universal Dyeing, First Vento, Mistral tumbler, Coltex Control by Termoelettronica, VDA ( new model)                             

• 2005 Presentation at IKME Milann of prototype Universal opne model and VDA

• 2003 Presentaion at ITMA Birmingham of Multiflow Superior, Beam Machine Ecoturbo in/out-out/in

• 2000 Acquisition of 100% di Termoelettronica.

• 1999 Presentatio at ITMA Parigi of Multiflow, Soft Flow Evolution SF100, electronic Combi jigger.

• 1995Presentatio at ITMA Milan of Soft Flow, Long Horn, Pumex wet sueding machine, rope washing range WR soft with independet rollers .

• 1991 Presentation at ITMA Hannover of Tornado rope tumbler, Maxi e Mid Jigger BT,  Lavaprint range in open width/rope for washing after printing.

• 1990 MCS buildings reach 35.000 m2 on an area of 55.000 mq. Export reaches the five continents

• 1987 Presentation of ITMA Paris of Pandora special machine for terry towel

• 1983 Presentation at ITMA in Milan of tubular merceriser MT26, rope overflow soft flow SF82 BT/HT , flow/jet OF83 and Combi-jigger HT, rope washing range WR14 .

• 1980 Export reaches East Europe. The company is growing and covers ana area of 10.000 m2.

• 1980 It starts the activity of EUROPEA, dyehouse/resin coating of MCS Group processing about 100.000 m/day of wovens on commission basis.

• 1979 Presentation at ITMA Hannover of Jet HT, overflow MO/80 BT and MRS65.

• 1974 MCS start design, manufacturing and developement of machines for the processing of wovens in open-width: mercerizing, bleaching and washing. 

• 1973 Export reaches the USA, Canada and South Amrica.

• 1971 Presentation at ITMA Paris of the first model of atmospheric jet and signature of an agreement with a German partner favouring the export of machines to Germany.

• 1968 It starts the activity of EUROPIZZI,dyehouse/printing-house/producer of chemical products of MCS group. Present production is about 25.000 kg/day of knits and 40.000 m/day of wovens.

• 1967 The first rope dyeing machines at atmospheric temperature are manufactured.

• 1966 The design of the first complete projects of dyehouses, The workshop area is soon doubled.

• 1964 The first manufacturing dept. is established, 600 m2 and the production of accessories for textile machines starts.

• 1963 MCS is established by Chiappini, Cagnazzo and Sopegno families.
